Format: 3 Preliminary Games (25 minute halves) plus Semi-final and Championship Games
Registration Fee: $195. ONLY online applications (including online payment) accepted.
Registration Process:
The coach or team manager registers his/her team online and pays the registration fee with either a MC or Visa. The coach will receive a confirmation email.
The coach or team manager returns to registration page and logs in using the userid and password provided during registration. Then they can edit the registration form (including adding a manager contact).
